Factors of confidence of the workers in a labour market of the reforming Russia

The article is based on RLMS data of monitoring of the 1994-2004 & on the research data of the Institute of sociology of the Russian Academy of Science. The analysis reveals the dynamic of social-demographic & social-culture factors, which impact on the confidence of the Russian workers in the labor-market during the period of reforms. Interpretation of a phenomenon of confidence in a labor-market is developed in social-cultural perspective: traditions & innovations in behavior of workers are considered. The author claims that gender, age, individual practices, & workers' behavior strategies are the most important factors for workers confidence in employment. References.
